ANSWER: All fitness goals have a specific training system attached to it, you just have to know what it is and how to utilise it and harness it in your favour!
Results can be measured in a number of ways, such as weighing yourself, you can detect weight loss and weight gain via your clothing and physical shape and their are BMI Monitors that can measure your body fat percentages etc...
QUESTION: How long should I exercise for?
ANSWER: You could exercise for 30 minutes every other day, you could train an hour a day or even an hour per week! Again it will all depend on what you are looking to achieve! However you will be happy to know that for weight loss you can exercise one hour a week and that would get you the desired results!…
QUESTION: Should I change my eating habits or go on a diet?
ANSWER: First of all Diets DO NOT WORK so steer clear of them! It is always better to eat healthier options of foods than to stop eating all together…You stand a much better chance of losing weight and keeping it OFF in the long run than by not eating and going on crash diets!
