Weekly Zoom Workouts
Take part in our weekly live zoom sessions, all sessions are designed for weight loss and fat loss, increasing lean muscle tissue and improving cardiovascular strength! Our sessions are 30 minutes and only cost £5 per session! Take a look at our weekly schedule and get yourself booked in.
